The Blomie Lee Clark Scholarship Foundation was created in Blomie’s Memory (1925-2015). She had a passion for The Lord, a heart for giving and encouraging people to continue their education. My goal as her granddaughter is to present $250-$500 in Scholarships annually to Pine Bluff, Arkansas Residents (One high school senior and one returning college student). Desired recipients are students with financial need who display academic achievement, a commitment to serving others (in school, church, in the community or at home), a strong work ethic, and leadership qualities. “Proverbs 9:9 - Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be yet wiser: teach a just man, and he will increase in learning.”
